With 18 years of experience as a Personal Trainer/Strength & Conditioning Coach both in a large gym & private studio, I have used many different methods. Over the years I’ve come to settle on a blend of Olympic Lifting, Crossfit inspired WODs, as well as Strongman. I value moving well about all else, then we can get you strong & ready for life. Functional fitness that will keep you playing with the grandkids, working in your yard, adapting to pregnancy/post birth, recovering from injury, & just being your best self. My goal is always injury prevention by being adaptable & prepared for anything life throws at you. Our body is dynamic & meant to move often & bear weight. Something that just doesn’t happen much into today’s society without intention. If your goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, or just eat healthier than nutritional counseling & meal planning can be addressed. Mobility work & self care is key in keeping your body in prime condition & managing any nagging aches or pains that may pop up along the way.
Everyone needs a coach, so let me help guide you to finding out just how powerful your body truly is. Individual 1 hour sessions are $50, couple sessions are $70, and small groups $25-$35.
