Alrighty friends...

Did some brainstorming with my bestie this morning and I want to put an offer out there.

Over the next couple of weeks (potentially longer), we are going to be home more and going out less.

Food prep and shopping choices will need creativity and strategic planning.

And as a health coach and creative cook, I want to help.

Over the next couple of days, I will be posting some "pantry planning guides", as well as other resources.

They will be for sale as I try to work from home as much as possible - HOWEVER - I want this to be helpful and accessible.

PWYC (pay what you can) guides will be available - because we are in this together!

Stay tuned. Wild times for sure. But supporting each other in any way we can will make the difference.

the beginning of a new year,
this fascinating season when,
we decide that everything about us
needs changing and fixing.

lists get made,
goals get set,
gyms are joined,
running shoes bought.

there is something
centering about starting
fresh. starting new.
seasons reflect this.

but the thing about seasons
is that they are intuitive.
they serve a purpose.
they meet a need.

they also listen
and respond to what is
happening around them.
they are a gage for health.
