Another Battle on Admiral in the books!

I am so proud of our CFWS and west seattle community... My heart burst with joy watching so many of my friends, patients, and training buddies leave it all on the floor today. I am so blessed to be a part of this community and to be of help in some small way. Thanks especially to Dr. Ross for being such a big help in treating all these athletes! We make a great team...Big things are coming... 😉💪🏻❤️

This is a touching and beautiful article about an amazing, talented and kind-hearted girl. I am so proud to have been her roommate in college, to have called her a friend, and to even have helped her in some very small way along her incredible journey. Melindy, this article had me crying in my office with tears of joy for your amazing accomplishments and the woman you have become. Congrats on so much achieved, no matter what :)

So Melinda Withrow won't be competing in the Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

I am SO EXCITED and feel so very honored to be providing Athlete Services at this year's Gains For Good competition at Crossfit Loft! This is a fun local comp and supports our amazing community! There are still spots open in the comp, only $50 for male-female pairs! If you have something to donate to the silent auction I am sure they are still taking donations as well. It was a great day working the Toys for Tots Christmas Throwdown at South Seattle Crossfit! What an amazing community, great group of athletes and spectators! Blessed to be able to get to do my job in fun environments like this. You guys rock!!
