I have a masters in teaching and a passion for, and 10 years experience in, youth development…

I really only care about the kids….

Until I became a mom
and realized moms are really just people living their lives for the first time too,

and if anyone can help those kids grow and flourish its the moms.

So I am on a journey through events, influencing and coaching to help moms step out of the “funk” of motherhood and realize they can have fun too!

I teach wellness and mindset with a mix of parenting and lifestyle to inspire and empower moms to start living their best life…

Whether you are a mom that’s already having fun and living your life, but what’s to make sure you’re raising your kids “right” or at least well enough…

Or you are a mom stuck in the burn out, overwhelm and guilt cycle right now and wants to get back to yourself!

Sure we don’t go to as many parties as before, and our time is limited…

Going back to this topic of innate parenting for this episode of debunking motherhood myths.

Babies are easy until they become toddlers, because once they are toddlers (aka terrible 2a & 3s) you really have to learn how to PARENT… 🤷🏻‍♀️

📚 And parenting is not innate. You gotta learn it! 📚

But with all the noise out there all the different strategies, tips, books, etc. it’s so easy to either get lost in it, paralyzed by it, or like your life depends on it.

& either route we go, we forget one of the most important part!!! 💥💥💥

We forget that your own well being actually contributes MORE to your parenting than any book will! Because kids learn most from@modeling, not from what you TELL them, but what they SEE!

Also, let me tell you, when you are getting plenty of sleep, and eating nutritiously you’ll have a lot more brain capacity to learn about parenting.
