An open-level, skill-focused dance class that still brings the sweat.
Break down moves, drill technique, and mix it into DancePowered choreography—perfect if you’re new and want to build confidence, or if you’re already dancing and want to refine your skills.

✨ ChoreoPowered Class Reminder! ✨

Tomorrow night, we get to finish up the choreopowered piece I put together, and I’m super excited to get it completed! 🎶🕺💃

It’s a disco + groove piece, and there are only a few eight counts left to learn. The piece is short enough that we can review the whole thing, so if you missed the last class, you can still pick it up from the beginning. It’ll be challenging whether you’ve taken it before or not, but nothing you can’t handle.

When you go for a spicy cool-down… and then remember there’s a grandmother and granddaughter in the back 💖

But truthfully, They’re completely unbothered—they know my classes are filled with spicy powerful moves,
and every character in the novel you could play. They’ve been coming faithfully for months, and I absolutely love them. Such an amazing addition to our growing DancePowered community, and I can’t wait to see it keep blossoming.

Yesterday’s 10 person birthday celebration was a last-minute pivot was so FUN!.

I’m so grateful to my team at for jumping in and helping make it happen. While I was teaching class, they set up the table so beautifully—bringing my vision to life with all the little details I brought from home. It meant so much to see everyone enjoying it.

This celebration was for TEN birthdays over Christmas and New Year’s—those often-overlooked days—and it felt really special to honor them together.

Huge thanks to for helping me execute my last-minute cocktail garnish vision 😂 (posting later!), for talking me out of doing too much and for those incredible tarts, Laura for the cutest birthday hats + extra refreshments, and for additional content support.

So much care, creativity, and teamwork went into this—and I’m really proud of what we created together 🫶🏽

Ugh one of my faves….
Choreographed this first segment for 2022 Streetfair, then ended up using it for Dare To Dance mixed with 2 more choreos. Loved the Whole Piece!

This was opening night. I danced better the second night, but don’t have a straight-on pov for that one!
