🏀 Tip Tuesday: Attack, don't Stop!

One simple way to make the defense work? Stop settling at the 3-point line.

⚡ Attack the elbow, make the defense react, and create options. From there, you can use a hockey stop to create space, attack the rim, or keep your eyes up and find an open teammate.

Make the defense move. Create the opportunity. 💥🏀

Whether it's one day off or a full week away from the classroom, our goal is simple: help young athletes gain confidence, improve their skills, and leave feeling better than when they arrived.

Our mission is to help young people become Game Changers for Life.

For kids, that means more than becoming the best player in the gym. It means learning to work hard, handle challenges, support their teammates, build confidence, and keep going when things don’t come easily.

Because the goal isn’t to have the best 10-year-old.

The goal is to help them still love basketball at 18—and become a confident, resilient person along the way.
