Registration for our Winter Quarter Beginner Class opened today, December 16!
This class includes a gi rental from UW and is a welcoming and affordable way to get started in BJJ.

Grappling Industries has a tournament in Everett January 25th.
Early bird registration is open until December 21.

Hi everyone! Come join us for donuts THIS SUNDAY before practice. There will be at least one car available to transport people to the IMA afterwards. People can also take the lightrail! As a reminder if you haven't been, Sunday practice is no-gi.
