Carson was the youngest son of close friends of ours. He was one of Hanuman’s closest friends and also very close to Kazuo and Norio. Carson unexpectedly passed Last Friday morning. This is a tragic and a heartbreaking loss. This loss is something that the family was not expecting financially. If you are able to donate any amount it would be very much be appreciated. Also, if you are able to send loving vibes to this family during this time of loss it would mean a lot. Carson was a beautiful little boy with a loving heart and a great smile! He will truly be missed by so many!

Goblet Squat. Slow the movement down. Take a short pause at the bottom and top of the movement. Pay attention to the breath. Do 5 sets of 15-25reps and you can call that a workout. It’s does not take much, but you have got to do something!
