Junhong's Kung Fu Club Everyone has greatness within them Jun Hong’s Kung Fu Club offers classes for all ages and skill levels.

Students train in the competitive and recreational arts of Kung Fu, self defense, hand to hand combat, Tai Chi and fencing. Master Chon is a secular disciple of the Shaolin Temple and began training at the age of eight. He is an international Gold Medalist, an accomplished heavy weight fighter, and is dedicated to sharing his experiences with enthusiastic martial artists everywhere.

I was cosplaying as my godfather Grand Master Mak Fai, on the right, for his Bday. I have a memory of him doing a form in a suit with a cigarette in his mouth 😂😂😂 afterwards he told me he was always very professional and never did forms while smoking 😅😅😅 whoops 😂

In all seriousness, we all struggle. I joke too much but embracing and overcoming the struggle is a core feature of martial arts. It is a sacred ritual that I hope has never become dogmatic or destructive in your life.
I hope you find the time in your day to feel proud you of how far you’ve come and how long you have endured. Every step is worth acknowledgment and celebration.
