Huge shoutout to .acad athlete Aiden on an incredible accomplishment! Out of over 1,600 athletes competing across the country, Aiden was selected as 1 of ONLY 40 athletes invited to Los Angeles this June to compete against some of the top talent in the nation. 🔥🏈

This opportunity is a reflection of the work he’s put in day after day. Aiden is one of the most dedicated athletes in the academy and has continued to separate himself through his consistency, coachability, and willingness to do the little things the right way.

At Warrior Academy, we don’t just train positions — we train ATHLETES. The goal is to develop players who can impact the game wherever they line up on the field, and Aiden continues to prove that.

Extremely proud of the growth, discipline, and mindset he’s shown throughout this journey. This is only the beginning! Keep leveling up young king!

During this .acad Team Session, I am emphasizing the importance of LOCKING IN at practice — understanding your role, your gap, your coverage, and how it all ties together. Because when you know your assignment, you give yourself a real chance against anyone… no matter how big, strong, or fast they are.

Football isn’t just about athletic ability — it’s about ex*****on, accountability, and trust. When every player does their job and communicates, defenses don’t break… they dominate.

That’s how you stop offenses. That’s how you win games. The Warrior Way!

At the end of the Warrior WR Academy Skills Camp in Sequim this past Sunday, I asked one question…

“Who learned something new today?”

Every single athlete raised their hand. 🙋‍♂️🙋‍♀️

That’s what it’s about.

You could feel the engagement, the energy, and the desire to grow — athletes wanting to learn, improve, and take their game to another level.

But I also made this clear…

Learning it once isn’t enough.

It takes repetition after repetition to build real confidence — to the point where you’re not thinking about the drill anymore… you’re just reading and reacting.

That’s when athletes truly start to play fast.

That’s where performance happens.

The Warrior Path is IN MOTION!

Week by week you can see it… not just in how fast they’re moving, but in how they’re moving.

We’ve been building these athletes from the ground up —
Speed mechanics on the field and strength & conditioning in the weight room. And it’s starting to show.

Today was a speed day, focused on acceleration and teaching proper mechanics out of a 3-point stance. Understanding how to load, drive, and explode is where real speed starts.

What’s been the most powerful to see though?
The confidence growth.

Athletes who were unsure in Week 1 are now attacking drills, asking questions, and competing at a higher level.

That’s what The Warrior Path is about.
Not just getting faster and stronger — but becoming more confident in who you are as an athlete.
