We offer a full schedule of Ki and Aikido classes for children and adults, from an introductory program for beginners to advanced training for experienced practitioners. Koichi Tohei's method of teaching Aikido with mind and body coordination (Shin Shin Toitsu Aikido). Our instructors are ranked and certified by Ki Society International in Japan.
