I'm sure you have heard by now that SMMA is hosting the MARS Elevate Martial Arts Conference next month from July 19th - 21st. Sifu Victor highly encourages all SMMA students and martial arts enthusiast attend. If you have not registered you still have a little time, but hurry space is limited. Last AMF class at Applied Martial Fitness, and it was EPIC!! Thank you all for giving me the opportunity to learn from this experience and teach all of the wonderful martial arts that I have learned. Especially my favorite, SAVATE! One door closes, and the other one opens.

8 triple kicks at the end of the round.
3 min round. 1 min rest.
Put it all together for one glorious workout.
