Join us for a free community Hot Vinyasa class taught by Kelly Fulford 🧘‍♀️💛

Kelly’s yoga journey began with an at-home practice in 2017, and stepping into a studio community deepened her love for the practice.

She believes there’s something special about moving and breathing alongside a room full of people sharing the same intention. 🤍

Since then, she’s trained in Ashtanga and Vinyasa in Rishikesh, India, explored Yin, and become Reiki-attuned, bringing a thoughtful, well-rounded approach to every class she teaches.

As an artist, Kelly approaches movement with creativity and curiosity, inviting students to slow down, quiet the noise, and reconnect with their bodies. 🌿✨

Same Heat. New Classes. 🔥

We’re adding Hot Pilates + Hot 26 & Vinyasa Fusion to the schedule — and there’s no better way to kick them off. After over 13 years away, Brooke Allison returns to our Seattle hot room next week to teach both: Hot Pilates Tuesday + Hot 26 & Vinyasa Fusion Wednesday.

Brooke started her yoga journey and teaching career right here, and we’re so happy to have her back to launch them. Come celebrate with us in Fremont alongside the teachers you know and love. Spots are limited — book now through MINDBODY.
