HIIT Lab Feeling intimidated? No need to worry, you choose your weights, set your pace and work to your person Test your superpowers during HIIT Lab’s 60-minute workout.

You’ll run, squat, jog, lift, cycle and maybe even dance a little, all while strengthening your heart, burning tons of calories and building muscle. Our class of up to 20 people begins with half of the class killing it on one of our fierce Woodway™ Treadmills or Wattbikes™, while the other half is rockin’ some strength training. Then we switch it up. To finish up, we always end each class with some well-deserved stretching. Each class promises to be unique and fun, featuring energetic instructors and upbeat music. All you have to do is work hard and clear your head, even if for just one hour.

Throwing it back to the days when “outside workout” wasn’t just an event—it was how we stayed connected☀️

During COVID, our outdoor workouts gave us a way to keep moving, keep showing up, and most importantly, keep our community together. What started as a necessity became one of the best reminders of who we are: a studio that finds a way to keep the doors open, the energy high, and the community strong. 💪❤️ And we’re doing it again!
