20 years ago we work up to a world changed after an unimaginable breach to our collective safety. We reached out and supported one another. My heart goes out to the victims of 9/11, their families and my sisters and brothers that have and continue to serve this country.

Healing is a life long process of hard work, faith, community and support. I was 18 when I joined the military and then deployed to Germany. That work helped me find the path to who I am today. Keep Pushing to Keep Healing. It is important to me to keep sharing my message of healing, the hard work and faith. Consider adding my book to your Amazon cart and posting a review.

Remember digging down deep to finish the cycle? Running up Rainbow Hill? The community and the support? I am so happy I made it through seven edits. I had lots of well read eyes go over each page. It was very painful for me to write this book. I feel like I was spared so I could accomplish this mission. I hope my story will help guide others through their own hardships. I truly feel like this was my Book of Eli.
