People can’t always spot . The ‘rowdy boy’ stereotype makes it difficult for some people (ex: ‘gifted’ introverted girls) to get diagnosed and treated early.

New “Laying your ADHD Foundation” class starts next Wednesday January 20, 4-5:30pm PST.
This 6-week class is designed to help you better understand ADHD, your “flavor” of ADHD, and to begin to develop strategies for living, working, and feeling better. Each class session will include a presentation on that week’s topic, a group discussion, and additional resources on that topic. Expected topics include the following:
Understanding Your ADHD Brain
Executive Function & Self Regulation
Medication Overview
Self Care - sleep, exercise, diet
Strengths & Superpowers
Self Compassion
Habit & Routine Development

New Professional Women's ADHD Support and Accountability Group - starts Tuesday January 19. Runs weekly on Tuesdays 4-5:30pm PDT.
This group is for women who want professional and peer support in working, doing, and feeling better - with a slight emphasis on “working” - especially in our current environment. My goal is to invite a woman with related professional expertise (coach, leader, etc.) who we can all learn from on a monthly basis. Learn more at
