I am looking to share my space in West Seattle training space with q***r, trans, or allied practitioners who are centering wholeness, embodiment, and agency in their practices.

The space is 1300 sq feet with a medium soft floor suitable for strength training, yoga, PT, somatic practice, or exercise classes. I am open to other kinds of practitioners too!

We’re doing it again!! It’s time to register! ROSEFIT FOUNDATIONS RETREAT
June 15th, 2024
10-2pm

The Foundations retreat will reinvigorate your workout and wellness routine. Participants move through a sequence of grounding, releasing, strength training, and relaxation. The day starts slow with meditation and intention setting and then moves into a comprehensive myofascial release practice. You learn where and how to properly use self myofascial release, and how to effectively stretch, followed by a foundational strength training program designed to stabilize & protect.

We conclude with a sound healing experience. You will leave feeling grounded, educated, and empowered in your fitness and self care practice.

Personal message from Candice 📣📣📣

Winter is almost over, and Spring is around the corner (March 19!!). You have almost survived the Gray Days of Seattle winter. 👽🫂 Have you been feeling it? I know I have been struggling. Usually I go away for a few weeks to a sunny location where I can reset my nervous system & store away vitamin D for the final lap of winter. But this year, I got busy, I got distracted, and it never happened.

The world has been heavy. Heavy with realities that cause one to question everything. Heavy with waking up. There have been multiple not okay days. I think that is ok.

That said, I’ve circled back to some fundamentals, refocused on my workouts, my supplement routine, grounded with a few sauna sweats & cold plunges, connected with friends, and I’m feeling much much better, and stronger. 🔥🔥🔥

We do not do our communities (locally & globally) or our families any service if we crumble mentally and physically. I hope you are recognizing the signs of burnout for yourself, and circling back to what you know grounds you, what you know inspires you, and makes you feel strong. 💪🏼🙏🏼

We have a lot of work to do, and I’m excited for it.

Last minute show this Sat & I am freaking out… 🥰❤️🤯

If you told 16 year old teenage closeted (even to myself) me that 44 year old me would be opening for Grammy nominated & totally swoon worthy Christian music artist turned LGBTQ advocate Jennifer Knapp I’d have flipped.

Coooome!! This Saturday!! ❤️ Watch me not totally freak out. And watch Jennifer deliver the authentic, powerful sound that makes her the incredible artist she is. 🎶
