About the Speaker:
Katherine Metzelaar, MSN, RDN, CD is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor dedicated to transforming how people relate to food and their bodies. As the owner and founder of Bravespace Nutrition, she is passionate about helping individuals break free from the fear of food and discover the joy it can bring. Katherine’s mission is to help everyone find peace with eating and learn to appreciate and care for their bodies just as they are. She specializes in healing from dieting, disordered eating, eating disorders and body image concerns.
