Hayley is gearing up to teach some classes and finish up her year in the Pole Leadership Program!

These classes are only $12 (or you can use your membership credits) and any funds raised through the $12 passes will go towards scholarships for next year's program, except her level 1 class, which is a fundraiser for Green Light Project

is our September instructor of the month! Come take a class with them to get their initials on your card!

Kat teaches 10:45am Upright Level 2/3 Static pole on Thursdays, and 10am Level 1 & 11:10am Freestyle and Flow on Saturdays.

This month they're also teaching a freestyle blacklight workshop on Saturday September 26th as part of the Positive Spin fall blacklight weekend!

If you've been around the studio at all in the last few years you probably know Cherry 🍒 😍 She is always a delightful student and now she is going to be teaching some classes this fall as a part of finishing up the pole leadership program!!

Guided by guest instructor , Thee Unshod Fae of Burlesque—with over four years of performance and production experience—this class invites you to dive into expressive movement, smooth pole transitions and tease techniques to captivate an audience and explore your self-expression.

Open to all levels—bring an outer layer to shed (robe, jacket, flannel, etc.) Heels optional.

Class welcome to all body types, levels, and mobility! If you use a mobility aid, please bring it!

It's Blacklight Weekend time, which means we're running 3 glowing, under-the-sea themed workshops! Come get glowy, flowy and nautical 🐟 Don't forget to wear your brightest UV reactive outfit so you can glow under the blacklights!

Come join Kat for some freestyle under the sea! Guided prompts, exercises, and suggestions will be provided to help you explore movement and co-create a creative space.

No specific prerequisite but it is recommended that you have taken at least a few pole or dance classes.

Mermaid Glow Flow spin pole workshop with .pole.cat

Don't you wish you could live your best life as a mermaid like Emily in this photo (by ) floating through the coral reefs with the tropical fish and your best sea creature friends? Well this class is as close as you can get to that experience! It's a flowy, floaty, aquatic themed spin pole workshop in our magical underwater paradise.

Prerequisites: level 2+, inverts, comfortable on spin pole

Deep Sea Doubles with and .pole.cat
Saturday 9/26, 5:30-7PM

Are you a scxy siren? A shipwrecked $lvt? If so, grab your heels and a wombat buddy (or get paired up with one when you get there) and get ready to learn another gorgeous doubles choreo from Emily and Jennie, otherwise known as your favorite pole duo, Death By Snu Snu. This choreo has all of your favorite waves and undulations to really embrace the underwater theme, sprinkled with some fun doubles tricks.

Prerequisites: level 2+, strong climb and sit

It's time to get glowy once again for a Positive Spin blacklight party!!!

This time we're diving under the waves to a colorful tropical coral reef filled with all of your favorite sea creatures and cryptids. If the mermaids of Atlantis held a rave, this is what it would look like! Wear your best and brightest neon to make sure you shine under the UV lights.

Ever wanted to be a ballerina when you were little? It's not too late- .lectrum is teaching their ballerina spin pole workshop on Saturday, September 12th at 2:45-4:15pm!

Come learn all about this gorgeous, iconic spin pole move. We'll start with an extended back and shoulder flex-focused warmup and then learn some different entrances and exits, including the coveted aerial ballerina.

Prerequisites: juliette spin and enough shoulder mobility to walk into a ballerina shape on the floor (ask an instructor if you're not sure how to assess this!)

Advanced polers, get ready to take your ayesha and make it fly with !

Phoenix is a family of dynamic entrances into ayesha that may look impossible, but once you learn the tricks to harnessing your power spin momentum, you'll be surprised how much more approachable it can become!

In this workshop, we'll touch on 3 different approaches to the twisted grip phoenix- spiral, pendulum, and baby phoenix.

Do you dream of hitting a handstand on the beach...on top of a mountain...by the pool? understands this aspiration and wants to help you achieve your dreams!

This 90-minute workshop is for intermediate+ handstand students who want to work on more advanced drills. Jennie will take the class through a thorough warm-up with light conditioning and then we'll jump into lots of upside-down time and individual feedback.

The focus of this class will be straddle handstands and handstand press drills!

Prerequisite: comfortable kicking up to a handstand against the wall and holding for 5 seconds
