Former Nautlis Northwest Employees Greg and Ann-Marie Anderson started out by buying one of the original Nautilus Gyms in Seattle in 1994. Shortly after, they discovered the Super Slow training methodology which provided a more efficient way of training. We pride ourselves in determining just the right dose of exercise a client needs. Our motto has always been “If you don’t need it, we won’t train it.”
