I love natural light. I built the first 12 years of my career on it.
But somewhere along the way, I realized something that changed everything:

The problem was depending on it.
When you depend on natural light, it starts making decisions for you — when you can shoot, where you can put your client, which jobs you even say yes to.
And a lot of times, we don’t even clock it as a limitation. We just call it a “preference.”

Is natural light actually your preference? Or is it the only light you feel confident using?
