🚀 CFPR Kids & Teens Programs 🚀
At CFPR, we believe fitness should be fun, safe, and empowering for every age!

Our 10-week course teaches kids and teens fundamental functional fitness movements — helping them build strength, agility, and confidence whether they’re already into sports or just starting their fitness journey.

💪 We focus on:
• Bodyweight basics – squats, planks, burpees
• Gymnastics skills – pull-ups, handstands
• Intro to weights (for older kids) – starting light, progressing with perfect form
• Games that make fitness exciting 🎯

🏃‍♂️ For the sporty kid: We’ll help them get stronger, faster, and more agile.
🌟 For the less active child: We’ll build confidence, coordination, and body awareness in a supportive environment.

📍 Every movement is scaled to each child’s ability so they can feel successful and safe.

📅 Fall Schedule:
October 8 – November 19
🍂 Thanksgiving Break
December 3 – December 17

Your body is mostly water—and when you’re sweating, lifting, lunging, and pushing through tough workouts, hydration becomes even more important.

Whether you’re hitting a morning WOD or an evening class, don’t forget to drink water. Water fuels your performance, helps regulate body temperature, cushions your joints, and supports recovery.

✨ Pro tip: Electrolytes aren’t just for pro athletes—adding them can help replenish what you lose through sweat.

So grab your water bottle, add a splash of electrolytes, and let’s move better, feel better, and recover better. Your body will thank you!
