Join us in enriching our families’ lives with simple hands on techniques that promote ease, balance, and comfort in the body. Bring your growing child, tween, or teen for a day of learning and connection. Ortho-Bionomy is relaxing and effective for pain from growing, imbalance, injury, etc. and can facilitate lasting change. Babies and toddlers are welcome too, just know that you may need to arrange extra support so 1 person may continue learning and practicing when baby needs a break.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗔𝘀𝗸𝗲𝗱:
“Is the lung part of a continuous fascial-organ system that communicates with the rest of the body?”

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗙𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱:
*Hyaluronic acid (HA) formed a seamless network through all lung compartments, connecting with vessel walls and nerve sheaths linking directly to the global fascial system.

*Tiny airborne carbon particles travelled through this connective network — inside and beyond the lungs!

*Mouse lungs showed similar organization but lacked HA in alveolar walls, a subtle species difference in fascial architecture.

This class is open for anyone to join. Focus will be addressing areas where people are experiencing pain, tightness, weakness, lack of connection to/difficulty engaging. Some hands on bodywork may be combined.

Free for current Gracie Barra Issaquah members, non members $30 single class drop in or $100 for 5 class card. No preregistration necessary, just come through!
