It’s a new month and our challenges are back! For April– Dead Hang or Farmer’s Hold
Think you have HULK grip strength? Let’s put it to the test!
🔥 Dead Hang Hold – Hang from the pull-up bar as long as possible (any grip).
🔥 Farmer’s Hold – Hold 2 dumbbells (50/35) for max time.
🔥 Log your longest attempt each day & add a star to the board for every 5 minutes accumulated.
The winner gets bragging rights + a prize! A tracking spreadsheet will be available here, and the board will go up April 1st. Who will reign supreme?
*please note- listen to your body! You don’t need to over work your grip to see the benefits- recovery is just as important :)
