We offer streaming, private, semi-private, and small group yoga and events. Your safety is our number one concern.

All our instructors will practice and enforce social distancing. The new studio is beautiful and we are ready to go!

To the people that come to a hot yoga class and do an entire workout while the teacher is introducing themselves and putting people in child's pose, including 30 handstand attempts.....then are too tired and collapse on their mat at the 45 minute mark.....congrats on winning most annoying human of the day. You should be proud. It's not easy to win that in the society we live in.

My teaching schedule for next week while I am in Seattle. Most claases are at Hot Yoga Inc Mill Creek, however I am teaching Park Yoga for everyone at our old spot in Volunteer Park!

Remember all those fun park yoga classes from 2 years ago? Well, one of flowfinderyoga's teachers, Bri Hastings, is currently teaching park classes. Follow her on insta or go to her website bendwithbri.com for more info. She is at Ravena park on Wednesdays at 5:30 and plans to add Volunteer park soon

Also, Im definately going to come up to Seattle this summer and teach some classes but until then, check out Bri because her classes are always fun and challenging!

Guess who just got a job as a manager of this awesome yoga studio Floo-id Hot Yoga in Phoenix? That's right, meeeeee! I start 9/7 so Seattle peeps you got a destination yoga spot! The heat is fire and the studio is gorgeous and clean! Come see me!
