Here’s part 2 of Cardio Core Strength and Stretch “HOT BUTTERED BISCUITS” This class alternated between strength and cardio circuits and strength and core circuits. Classes are 52 minutes long but they are broken into circuits so you can do as much or as little as you have time for. ALL LEVELS. ALL ABILITIES. Minimal or Maximum equipment you decide.
