Hey Seattle, are you ready to get UNL3ASH3D?!

Join owner of hauteyoga and and DJ to experience this one of a kind workshop on Thursday, March 7th at 7:30pm.

Through 15 years of teaching yoga and training people to become yoga teachers, Leah was inspired to help people feel wild and free by unleashing their emotions through movement, breath, and sound. A full on somatic experience. She believes that all emotions are valid and need to be felt. Because if we feel, we heal. Non-expressed emotions store in our bodies and manifest into disease, emotionally, mentally and physically. Therefore, we must feel these emotions so that they can transform and release.

Through yoga, yoga kriyas (repetitious movement to invoke emotions), ecstatic dance, and vocalization (screaming, shouting, singing, swearing, celebration), these emotions are moved, shifted and released in a way that is energizing, inspiring and fun! All of this happens in a safe conscious container held by Leah and with the amazing music from DJ Vegas Tagus.

Sweat. Thrash. Dance. Don't touch your f******* hair !!! Let's get UNL3ASH3D!
