I decided to do 2 days because I know everyone’s schedule can’t accommodate a week day!

If you haven’t tried a peel, here are my most FAQ:

⁉️What is the downtime?
Very minimal downtime! The flaking/peeling doesn’t start until day 3-5. At that time your skin will feel/look dry but nothing too extreme.

⁉️Will my face be red right after?
Nope!! Maybe a tiny bit flushed but nothing significant. You’ll be glowing actually✨

⁉️what products should I use?
I provide sample-size aftercare products for peels! These will last you a couple days, then use gentle products at home for another 3-5 days. When flaking subsides- you can go back to normal routine!

⁉️Anything to avoid after?
Do not wash your face for 8-12 hours after the treatment. No sweating, swimming or exercising for 24 hours. No retinoids for 7 days.

That week was extremely hard for me and I’m genuinely sorry to anyone who came in contact with me 🤣🤣 very irritable and HUNGRY.
So much cardio and cucumbers 🤨 lol- but my glutes got a lil leaner🍑

Being a natural athlete is HARD because there are some extremes you just have to do in order to achieve what the judges want to see. Unfortunately for me tho, I need to be even leaner 🙃🙃 and if that doesn’t tell you the crazy extremes this sport brings- I don’t know what will.

Emerald was the best physique I’ve ever brought to the stage and I’m so happy with the work I put in 😌

Not totally sure what my future plans are— this season ultimately was not at all the outcome I wanted but I’m definitely going to have a YouTube video coming out with all the details you wanna know 😏💚💚

Last weekend was a ton of fun!! I am still processing everything and trying to make a final decision where to go from here. Happy Saturday! Made it to the gym for some cardio & a shoulder pump 🤤
I watched my team at prejudging thismorning and they did amazing 😍 finals is in a couple hours 🏆

Watching the show got me in my feels about prep and the fact that I get on stage in just 14 days 🥲🤩

I’m going to keep pushing to bring my best physique to date 🙌🏻
