Every year, Murph signifies the start of our summer cycle of benchmark, Hero & Girl workouts, so that means that SUMMER SLAM ‘26 is officially here!!

Get ready to retest a variety of “named” workouts to see if you’ve made improvements from prior years. Plus we’ll be throwing in some Shoulder to Overhead strength work as the weeks progress. You’ll also see some other favorites sprinkled throughout the summer - you won’t want to miss a moment!!! 🤩

Thank you to all of you who came out to honor Memorial Day with our community this morning! We’re always proud of everyone who chooses to take on any version of this super challenging workout, so thanks for showing up and doing hard things! 💪

Today we kick off our new cycle, which has nothing to do with cats but still, “Tell your cat I said P(ush)S(quat)P(ull)S(natch)”

Perhaps you could guess that this cycle will feature:
🔹Pushing & Pulling strength & skills
🔸Overhead squats
🔹Snatch (complex)

And of course, Core Blaster and the continuation of 40 minute workout varieties

It’s another quick 5 week cycle, so get to class this week to test for your initial numbers and then keep showing up to make some quick improvements!

We’ve had so much fun watching you guys step out of your comfort zones, try new things and figure out just how much you’re capable of! From first timers to folks who have been doing it for years, you ALL make us so so proud!

(Plus we love the opportunity to get a solid group picture like this!)

With the Open behind us, it’s time to move on to new things! Today we kick off our 5 week March Madness mini-cycle which will feature:

🔸A fun clean & jerk complex
🔹3 rep max front squat
🔸Mobility circuits
🔹A new style of interval workouts
🔸Core Blaster Day (of course)

It’s gonna be a fun one, so get to class this week to test your clean complex and front squat!

It is a small but mighty group here on the All Stars list this month!

Brad & Manuel tied for the top spot with Mai & Gabe very close behind (plus several others who were only a class or two away from hitting the 17 required to make the list!)

We know sometimes life gets in the way a little and that’s ok - just keep doing what you can to show up!
