The Reset Ritual — October 3rd at Kora

Introducing Meah Wilson (meah), who will be teaching Vinyasa at Kora! In connecting with Meah, you can expect breath-led movement, thoughtful sequencing, and a welcoming space to explore your practice both on and off the mat.

Meah shares, “After retiring from collegiate running, I turned to yoga to reconnect with my body. Years later, yoga was a pillar of my life that I was yearning to share with my community. When I teach a class, I like to flow breath-to-movement and provide tools to help the student move their practice beyond the mat. I am passionate about connecting with my students - whether it be over yoga, reading, or women’s sports, so I am always happy to chat!”

Introducing Sofia Cobos (Sofia Isabel), who will be teaching Vinyasa classes at Kora!

Sofia says, “I fell in love with yoga back in 2015, in a college class that paired asana with positive psychology and yoga philosophy. I’ve been hooked on the connection between movement, breath, and meditation ever since.

I teach vinyasa with a playful, lighthearted energy: breath-linked movement, some giggles from my bad jokes, and providing a space for you to show up just as you are. My hope is that you leave class feeling strong and capable, ready to carry that same energy into whatever life throws at you.”

Our doors are almost open, and we are almost ready for you. 🤎

We’re sharing a studio opening timeline update. As we’ve moved through the final stages, the scheduling of our final city inspection has shifted to next week instead of this week. This means that our new anticipated opening date is Saturday, August 29th and is subject to final inspection sign offs from the city.

We fully anticipate everything going smoothly with the final inspection; we simply need to allow that process to take place before welcoming you into the studio.

Come celebrate with us September 11th through the 13th! Now that our opening day is around the corner, we get to plan a whole weekend of celebrations with you all in September 🎉
