Continuing to stay fit and active is a struggle for many, during this pandemic with no in person school or sports it makes it even harder to push yourself to go out and about but .gym is offering free teen classes to help you become confident and fit. Run by Coaches Zach , AJ , and Tabitha they have established a spot in South Park including an outdoor and indoor workout space. It could be a lot of pressure joining something new and out of your comfort zone so if you have any questions dm or contact (one of the teen coaches) and we’ll be able to walk you through the process!
