Here’s our first take on an install for the Bluetti RV5. This semi-standardized cabinet makes great use the space around the wheel well, and can be configured for either side of any van model/model. Though we always prefer the full custom, tailored approach, we think a turnkey solution like this is a good match for the more-affordable RV5 power system.

We feel fortunate to get to work on so many different vans! Here’s a recent high-variety day: Sprinter 170, Sprinter 170ext, Sprinter 144, BrightDrop Zevo 600 (!), Promaster 159, and a Transit 148ext.

We always love it when we get the opportunity to work on one of our previous builds. Here’s a before and after of a van we just remodeled, originally built in 2021. Adding seats and elevating the new fridge.

We may have outdone ourselves this time. This freshly minted custom camper is one of the most unique builds we've every created, and what a looker too! The rich orangy-brown stain on Baltic birch, Paperstone in-lay accents and countertops, and carefully curated lighting design all spell-out R-E-L-A-X. And this van has a very special layout for a client who knew exactly what they wanted: The back two feet of the van are walled-off for a stealthy and secure bicycle locker, complete with 8020 strut on the walls, shower connection, and access to the under bed storage area. What else? Massive sink--check; 10kWh power system with 660W of solar--check; marine water heater with indoor and outdoor shower options--check; onboard compressed air--check; frosted glowing purple galley divider--CHECK. What more is there to say, this van's a beauty, and a truly one-of-a-kind custom.

Here's an interesting project of ours from earlier this summer: Take a Bronco Raptor and brand new Alu-Cab rooftop tent and build a weather-proof interior entry hatch for the tent. A very custom mod for a one-of-a-kind truck!
