Still recovering from prom night 💃✨

When we say Row West is about community, THIS is what we mean. Getting together on a Friday night, laughing until our cheeks hurt, dancing, rowing, dressing up, singing Whitney Houston at the top of our lungs, and just genuinely having fun with each other.

Thank you to everyone who made Friday so special. We seriously had the BEST time. Already brainstorming the next one 👀

On Sunday, Susan broke the Concept2 1000m world record (LW 70-74) with a time of 3:57.5, surpassing a record that has stood since 2009. This was a planned attempt- one last shot before she ages up to the next category in July. The previous record time was 3:58.9.

Susan now holds world records in both the 500m and 1000m for her age group, and continues to show us what’s possible at every stage of life.

We are beyond proud. 💙
