Challenge yourself to either training more sessions or coming in and try a class.

One of the best ways to start Jiujitsu is to bring a partner and you both try it out together. As time goes by you start building more confidence.

My hope is that anybody that comes and does Jiujitsu can find as much benefit from it as I have. It’s been monuments of my life and my goal is to be able to share it with as many people as possible an impact people‘s lives on a grand scale.
