🏈 There’s just something special about football season in Clinton.

The lights come on, the band fills the air, the stands are packed with black and gold, and an entire community comes together to support the Yellowjackets. Friday nights in Clinton are more than just football—they're a tradition.

We're only a few Fridays away from kickoff, and we can't wait to see everyone back at Jim Tumlison Field!

THE TEAM IS SET.

Friday night football returns this weekend, and we couldn’t wait another day to introduce the 2026 501 Football Team! This year, a record 29 student-athletes from across Central Arkansas have earned a place on our 16th annual team.

They represent different schools, positions and communities—but they have something important in common. These young men are making an impact far beyond the scoreboard through leadership, hard work, academics, service and the way they represent the people around them.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll introduce you to every member of the team and share the stories behind the names. And there’s much more coming! The 2026 501 Football Team magazine will be available online and throughout Central Arkansas next week!
