Happy Wednesday! Ethical Business Practices.........
I hope all is well with everyone! We had something happen over the weekend that I think is relevant. Our water well went down at the office. I don’t work on water wells like I used to, but I gave it a go. As we do for you guy’s when doing an irrigation repair, I did an analysis of the problem. I added new parts to the control box. After replacing a couple of bad parts, I still was having issues.
So, I called "the guy." Yes, I had to call a repair person for ME!!! This was a blow to my ego, but what happened made me feel better about how I treat my customers. See, he just wanted to replace the box. The same box that I had re-built. After he did the replacement, he discovered that the supply power line was bad. So, while I was replacing the supply power wire. He was writing me my invoice. He had put a control box on my well that wasn’t needed. He of course didn’t know that when he began, but he never attempted to determine the issue. This had me
looking inward to how I approach our repairs for you. This water well company only saw me, the customer, as a revenue stream. He removed and replaced as quickly as possible...... better for his profits.
The difference is this. We come out and replace only the parts that are needed. We will and do replace bad parts as we find them....NOT a wholesale replacement of parts to add to your bill.
This approach saves our customers money! It’s also the ethical way to do business!!!
Remember, we do everything but cut grass! That means we can remove all
w**ds, insects and fungus from your lawn. Stop paying other companies that don’t get the job done. So why not give us a call!!!
