Great day to sight cast reds out of Seadrift, Texas, with Laguna Rods and DSL Burner Shad.

We found scattered singles, and pairs, but the most fun was creeping up on small pods of 10-20 fish, tailing in the shallows all throughout the day.

If you have never sight fished, or would like to do more, shoot me a text or give me a call, and we will add you to our call list. When we get the 10 day forecast we’ll find a good day with low winds and notify you. If you can make it great, if not we’ll watch for the next good weather day. This assures we have the right conditions for this style of fishing.

Fun times had by all! Throwing a variety of baits from, Big Smooths, Mirrodines, and topwaters. Big congrats to Ryder for landing his personal best, 28”@7 #. This youngster is a really good stick, and I can’t wait to see what he does in years to come.
