We have revolutionized backyard golf and can turn most yards into challenging, fun to play layouts. Using restricted flight balls and a 9 iron, you can hit full shots, hook and slice the ball, putt and sharpen your short game like never before. Portable mats insure you don't dig up the yard and allow you to tee off in the street (traffic permitting) & our unique scoring system keeps everyone in the hole even after a bad shot.

Buttsy is on a roll w 3 straight wins & having flashbacks to his HS glory days. Bob J is in the mix, Priz is battling an injury & Notar's revised handicap isn't helping his cause.

Weekend highlights included a SOY (shot of year) candidate by Geoff @ Fool on the Hill, Priz made a heart breaking minus putt
@ Stonehenge
& fill in Johnny Love played well in his goofy golf debut.

GWCC continues its reign as best backyard course on the planet, I've looked high & low. Where else can you play 36 diff holes & hit full driver on a measly acre of land.

It's the final day of the 2021 season & It's a 2 man race with The Commish & Priz in a virtual tie after 60 matches.
Bob ran out if gas at the end, Buttsy never got his groove & Purd doing good job as the Spoiler.
The Greenleaf Cup is up for grabs & the first time winner will get their name on it forever.

We have reached the half way point of the season & things are heating up at GWCC.
The new handicap system has Notar at the top, Priz continues his steady play, Bob has a case of the blocks/shanks & Buttsy is playing better of late.
Buttsy continues to amaze with multiple crazy good holes in 1, hes made a couple of 1 in 1,000 shots that were impressive.
See the standings attached, the Fall season shd prove to be hard fought & highly competitive as usual.

April 1st is fast approaching and another chase will begin for the coveted Greenleaf Cup.

The off season action & chatter has been quiet as the players seem to be willing to let their actions speak louder than their words, a big departure from mid season play.

The big questions remain; will someone step up & knock Bob off his thrown? Can Buttsy stay consistent enough & not claim every shot hit or is good, will Priz continue his steady play & insist he knows the rules better than Bob & The Commish, will the new handicap system be enough for Notar or Purd to contend in the end?

Time will tell & the chips will fall in place.
2021 is sure to be a highly contested, fun filled & controversial journey to a newly crowned champ Thanksgiving wkend.

The silly season is in full swing & the action has been packed on the weekends.

No lie Notar continues his hot play winning a 4 hole skin late in the round to halve a match w Bob J. Ken earned that 4 hole skin w back to back spankings of Priz to carry the holes over
w clutch minuses at the Dogwood & Telephone pole.

As usual controversy is around every corner as some players are convinced their shot was better than it was. Thats what keeps us coming back, the chance to create some magic & stir the pot at the same time.

With a 200 pm tee time later today, theres sure to be more dreams made & crushed as the nerf balls fly as Greenleaf Woods CC is open for play.

B***y J with a comeback win for the ages.

In 3rd place on the last day & a 36 hole shoot out on the line, Bob dug deep & pulled off back to back Ws & win championship by the slimmest of margins possible.

The day was filled w plenty of drama & great shots all around. Priz pulled off a couple beauties including an ace at Ferncroft, and improbabke half at the Path w a double minus he pulled out of his ass.

The 2020 season is official & in the books The new 4 man format made for good theatre & fun all year long.

Good luck next year boys, I look forward to another chance to defend the crown & proudly put my name on the Greenleaf Cup!!

Its the final wkend of the 2020 season & the Greenleaf Cup champ will be crowned Sunday.

After 75 matches, Its anybodys game as Bob & Priz try to chase down Buttsy who has a small lead going in.

Bobs lookn for title # 6, Geoff would love his 2nd & Priz in jonesing to get his name on the cup after his 1st year in the league.

Bob needs to stay hot & run the table to have a chance while Priz needs a win or two & Buttsy to falter. Geoff needs a couple 2nd place finishes not to spit the bit & Notar & Purd are ready to embrace their role as spoilers.

It shd be a wild end to an epic year.
