The 2024 J/Fest Southwest Event is a wrap! Congratulations to all the winners! The J/24's had their Southwest championship with the 1st place boat qualifying for the 2025 worlds! Happy National J/Fest Friday! Wishing all of you traveling sailors safe travels as you head down to Lakewood Yacht Club! Dock your boats in the inner harbor after Saturday's racing and step onshore into the Party Tent for Appetizers and Rum drinks courtesy of Boqueron Rum, Beer from Hayes Rigging and appetizers from LYC. JBoats Southwest is supplying all kinds of yummy mixers for you creative rum drinkers!

After the "SailGate" party Lakewood Yacht Club cordially invites you to the Dia De Los Mu***os Celebracion starting in the Clubhouse lounge at 7PM. Live music by Charles Lopez.

Lastly-pic of this years J/Fest Southwest Collectors cup! What started as a freebie 15 years ago has become the "must have" cup. I'm astonished at how many people love these things! How many years do you have in your collection?

Good Morning J/Fest Sailors! Amazing rally yesterday! We now have 27 entries! 7-J/105's, 4-ORC's, 9-J/24's, and 7-J/22's!!We doubled yesterday! Today is the last day of early registration! If you think you might come-please register! And go find a fellow J/Owner to hook it up and go. If they need help on this end-let me know-we will be glad to assist!

September 11, 2001. Never Forget but always move forward! My wish is that we can somehow regain the patriotism and unity that we all supported after this event. Love this country! Land of the Free and the Home of the Brave!
