Some people say “Never Forget.” Others live it. 🇺🇸

Today, Texas Flex member Rob honored the 343 firefighters who never made it home on September 11, 2001 and dedicated his climb to FF Ruben Correa of FDNY Engine Company 74, who made the ultimate sacrifice that day.

Rob put on his full firefighter gear, grabbed the American flag, and walked a mile to Texas Flex.

Then he stepped onto the StairMaster and climbed 78 stories in full gear in remembrance of those who climbed the towers that morning.

And when he finished?

He picked up the flag and walked the mile back home.

No spotlight needed. Just respect, sacrifice, and remembrance.

Rob, we’re damn proud to have you as part of the Texas Flex family.

Today, we remember FF Ruben Correa, FDNY Engine Company 74, and every hero we lost that day.

September 11 reminded us what it means to stand together as Americans. In the face of tragedy, we came together. We stood together. And that’s something we should never forget either. 🇺🇸

We remember the fallen.
We honor the heroes.
We will NEVER forget. 🇺🇸

We just finished installing two brand new cold plunges at Texas Flex Fitness Seabrook one in each locker room and they are officially ready to use.

Cold plunging is one of the best tools for:
