Cardio/Conditioning
A fast-paced class where you’re completing a series of exercises for 45- to 90-second intervals. There are multiple stations that combine functional resistance and cardiovascular training to give you a full-body workout—the perfect combination for strengthening your heart and muscles.
Strength/Conditioning
Build your strength with resistance exercises. The class will incorporate traditional weight-room exercises and compound exercises using weighted bars, dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and bodyweight to challenge you. This workout will give you an exciting range of strengthening, balance, muscle gains and core exercises while improving cardiovascular health.
Total Body HIIT
This class is an aerobic and strength conditioning workout class. This class includes high-intensity intervals training, cardio exercise, bodyweight exercises, core training and functional training for a complete workout.
