Thank you all who have shown their support for Coach Mike and Coach Kris!
Due to the overwhelming show of support, we have begun to reconsider our decision to stop coaching with the West Scranton Junior Wrestling Club. We want you all to know that the West Scranton Junior Wrestling Club is NOT a part of West Scranton Wrestling Alumni Association Junior Wrestling in any way, shape or form. This decision was made by the current board members of the West Scranton Junior Wrestling Club, the elementary wrestling club that has served our youth for more than 40 years. We are not 100% sure of what this season will hold, as there is a lot of discussion that needs to happen. We do know that we can not provide a free club, but we can provide quality wrestling, life lessons, along with so much more, as we have in the past. Please, feel free to tell us your thoughts! We will keep you, our wrestling family updated every step of the way.
With all of that being said, we are asking that if your child (ages 5-12, grades K-6) is still interested in wrestling for West Scranton Junior Wrestling Club, please comment below, or send us a private message. Share with your friends, ask if there is still interest. Get the word out!
