Over the past two weeks, we have really come to realize that the effort invested in training remains invaluable, and this was evident in the recent meets in Carlisle where BDA swimmers excelled. The larger-than-usual pool setting could have been intimidating; however, our swimmers rose to the challenge, with every participant achieving faster times. This accomplishment is truly noteworthy, marked by numerous personal records being broken and, most significantly, the smiles on our swimmers' faces. Way to go ALL BDA participants of both Carlisle invitationals!

🦋 FLYING TO A NEW BEST! 🦋
Rebecca Oakes kicked off the BDA session in style! She attacked the 100 Fly, going out super fast and strong with a blistering 30.98 on the first 50. She held on tough to clock a new personal best of 1:07.87—dropping a half-second from just two weeks ago! Incredible swim, Rebecca! 🐬💨
