FAB Ultimate FAB is a club women's ultimate team from the San Francisco Bay Area We view winning as a byproduct from forming a strong growth-oriented team.

FAB’s 2022 vision is to create a strong community of athletes who feel deeply supported by their teammates as they grow both on and off the field. Our goal, which will span over multiple years, is to re-establish our “joy of play” and push our physical skills and mental resilience through hard work and deeper intention. We plan to do this by creating a healthier ultimate/life balance, having an al

l-hands-on-deck approach to on-field successes and team workload, and growing our ultimate-skills alongside our communication and social emotional skills.

✨ FAB Regionals Recap (better late than never, as they say…)!! ✨

Heat was felt, sweat was sweat, birds were watched, and above all, FAB did our thing. What a beautiful last hoorah for the 2025 season.

Thank you to all FAB friends and fam, teams we’ve played, and this sport we’re a part of. A very special community indeed and we’re all so grateful ❤️

FAB is hosting an auction fundraiser to help offset season costs for players! We are offering some ✨fabulous & life-changing✨goods and services that you are going to want to snag 😏😏

The auction will go live via LINK IN BIO on Friday, August 5th and will close on Friday, August 12th at 11:59pm.

We will reach out to winners within 72 hours of the auction closing.

If you know our team, you know we love to dance🪩🌈Join us for a K-pop dance class lead by our very own Captain Scout! No experience is needed, just bring your good vibes🕺

If that sounds like fun, you can send us a donation via Venmo to Natalie-Wilson-12 ($20 suggested) to reserve your spot in the class.
