This is one of my 85 year old Strength Training Clients. I specialize in IN-HOME Personal Training for women over 50. I train her twice per week and teach her functional exercises to keep her moving and building muscles. She looks great and enjoys these workouts that we do together. The photos I have when I wear pink are my cooldown poses for her to follow and imitate. Keep up the good work!
