Your recovery aka sleep is not a steroid.
It is not a peptide.
It is literally your sleep.
This is one of the most overlooked tools that can have the biggest impact on your results.
Sleep and nutrition get ignored because everyone is chasing shortcuts. But when you actually optimize your sleep and start getting more deep and REM restorative sleep the results almost feel like you are on something.
You think clearer.
You are sharper during the day.
You make better decisions.
You have more bandwidth and more capacity to handle work and life.
Your body recovers better from workouts.
You bounce back faster.
You stay in the gym and you stay doing the activities you love like golf skiing snowboarding whatever it is.
I think about it like this.
When you sacrifice sleep you are sacrificing quality of life.
I have seen guys completely break down after years of running on four to five hours of sleep. Not because they were weak but because they ignored recovery.
