We teach Classical Pilates in solely private lessons in a fully Gratz apparatus furnished studio, honoring the true Classical method with precision, care and intention.

I’m Daniella — and I believe that when Pilates is taught faithfully and thoughtfully, the body responds in incredible ways.
I especially love working with women and men who are recovering from injury, rebuilding mobility or simply wanting to feel better and get back to the activities they love — golf, tennis, hiking or traveling.
