We want to welcome Gabby to our teaching staff. He will be teaching Yin on Wednesday evenings at 7pm.
Gabby is a RYT-500, teaching yin yoga with a focus on stress management, resilience, and nervous system regulation. After more than 30 years in high-pressure leadership and executive roles in the global tech industry, yoga became a powerful tool in his own journey of learning how to cope with stress, anxiety, pressure, and burnout.
His yin classes combine long-held postures, breath awareness, mindfulness, and stillness to help students slow down, release tension, improve mobility, and develop practical tools to better face, manage, and contain stress both on and off the mat.
