Suzi Havens a certified personal trainer, fitness program developer, and the inventor of the Total Body Mat, is the owner of Creative Fitness, LLC. She is a much sought-after speaker and media guest.
“After I received my Bachelor of Science degree in sports and fitness, I spent 20 years helping people integrate exercise into their

daily lives,” she says. “I took a 12-year detour into the medical field but you can only ignore your purpose and passion for so long. I’ve opened Creative Fitness, which focuses on personal training, as well as developing fitness programs and exercise equipment so you can be fit after 50.”
She is widely recognized for her innovative, yet practical, exercise counsel and has been seen regularly on KTVK-TV Channel 3, and has been featured on virtually all Phoenix-area TV stations, as well as being the subject of feature newspaper articles. Suzi often speaks to corporate groups, sharing her expertise and demonstrating her techniques in places such as Nordstrom, the Women's Council of Realtors, and the American Heart Association. She has conducted group training programs with the The Village Tennis Club, 24-Hour Fitness, and several adult living communities in Arizona.
