Our swim sessions aren’t random laps, endless drills, or “just suffer through 3,000 yards and hope fitness appears.” Every workout is designed with triathlon in mind: better freestyle efficiency, stronger pacing, race-specific endurance, and the ability to swim well before getting on the bike and pretending your legs are totally fine.
Show up, swim with people who make you better, and turn the pool into one of your biggest advantages on race day.
Mondays PM, Fridays AM and we have now added Wednesdays AM to our Scottsdale reserved lanes scheduled at El Dorado Aquatic Center so we always get space together 🤗
